Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to generate property sales, respond to customer inquiries, conduct site visits, and build lasting client relationships. The role involves promoting residential and commercial properties, converting leads into sales, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and field visits.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding plots, commercial spaces, and other properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with builders, property owners, banks, and legal teams as required.
- Negotiate deals and close property sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and prepare timely sales reports.




- Assist clients with property registration and documentation processes.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasive and presentation abilities.
- Working knowledge of the real estate market and property documentation.
- Willingness to work in field sales and customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with social media and online property listing platforms.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA or a background in sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

- 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in property sales, customer handling, or field marketing.
- Knowledge of the local property market and on-going builder projects will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed salary plus attractive incentives and performance-based bonus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
