Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to take responsibility for end-to-end production planning and coordination across the manufacturing unit. The candidate should ensure timely production, optimum resource utilization, and on-time delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per order requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, Stores, QC, Packaging, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production targets, progress, delays, and OTD.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and production capacity.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Monitor productivity, wastage, rejection, and machine utilization.




- Prepare daily production reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure production schedules are aligned with shipment deadlines.
- Improve production efficiency and optimize resources.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Production Planning / PPC / Production Management.
- Experience in Glass, Home Décor, Hardgoods, or Export Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and OTD.
- Positive command of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,960.13 - ₹42,984.28 per month
