Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong MEP General Manager (Electrical) to lead and manage electrical and MEP operations across projects in Karnataka.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical engineering, MEP project execution, team management, planning, coordination, quality control, and project delivery. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple teams and coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.

Candidates from Karnataka will be given priority. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all electrical and MEP activities across assigned projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor electrical project execution from commencement through completion.
- Manage MEP teams, electrical engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Review electrical designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues effectively.




- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, codes, regulations, and company procedures.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, delivery, and utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of electrical and MEP materials.
- Review project costs and support effective budget and resource management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality.
- Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, technical reports, and other documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and timely project completion.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the electrical/MEP team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong senior-level experience in MEP/Electrical project management and execution.
- Proven experience managing large electrical/MEP teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, testing,



commissioning, and project execution.
- Excellent understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under project deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and statutory requirements related to electrical works.
- Experience working with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors is highly desirable.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently based in Karnataka are strongly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates with solid experience in managing major MEP/electrical projects will be preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent managerial and leadership capabilities is essential.

Salary & Benefits

₹1,80,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
₹21 LPA – ₹24 LPA

Salary will be based on experience, technical expertise, and suitability for the position.
