Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and responsible Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design and space-planning skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, and have the ability to take a project from concept and design development through estimation and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle and budget, and translate them into practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

* Develop concept designs, layouts, mood boards, material selections and design presentations.

* Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.

* Develop and present 3D designs and visualisations using SketchUp and Enscape.

* Prepare project estimates, BOQs and material quantity calculations based on the approved design.

* Assist in budgeting and ensure designs are aligned with the client’s project budget.

* Coordinate with clients throughout the design process and incorporate feedback appropriately.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters and other site teams.

* Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained.

* Review site measurements and ensure drawings are accurate and practical for execution.





* Coordinate material selections, finishes, furniture, lighting and other design elements.

* Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with the project and site teams.

* Ensure projects are completed according to the agreed design, quality standards and timelines.

* Maintain proper documentation of drawings, estimates, material selections and project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.

* Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, materials, finishes and design detailing.

* Proficiency in:

* AutoCAD

* SketchUp

* Enscape

* MS Office / Excel and other design presentation tools

* Good understanding of interior materials, finishes and execution processes.

* Ability to independently prepare estimates and BOQs.

* Good communication and client-handling skills.

* Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and execution-oriented—someone who can take ownership of their work and effectively coordinate between the client, design team, vendors and site team.

Salary :35,000-40,000 per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
