The role involves close coordination with suppliers (e.g., HP), analyzing purchaserntransactions, and driving continuous improvement in delivery timelines and vendor efficiency.rnKey Responsibilities: rnVendor Performance & SLA Management: rn1 Track and monitor PC delivery performance against SLA sourcing agreements (global scope).rn2 Provide daily/weekly updates to requesters on delivery status.rn3 Conduct weekly performance analysis against SLA requirements.rn4 Coordinate and follow up with vendor account teams for issue resolution.rn5 Develop and maintain delivery trackers comparing actual delivery timelines vs SLA lead times.rn6 Identify gaps and proactively drive actions to reduce delivery delays.rn7 Act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and vendor account teams.rnProcurement & Transaction Analysis (IT Workplace):
rn1 Perform detailed analysis of IT workplace purchase transactions.rn2 Manage and analyze procurement data for PC headsets, OTV transactions, MSME vendors, MPSrnagreements, and PC repair services.rn3 Ensure accurate data reporting and share insights with stakeholders.rn4 Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.rnKey Skills & Competencies: rn1 Robust understanding of procurement operations and vendor managementrn2 Experience in SLA tracking and performance analysisrn3 Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, etc.)rn4 Stakeholder and vendor managementrn5 Attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetrn6 Knowledge of global procurement processes (EMEA/APAC exposure preferred)rnPreferred Experience: rn1 Experience in IT procurement or workplace servicesrn2 Exposure to vendor coordination (e.g., HP or similar OEMs)rn3 Familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, etc.)
