Marine Faculty – Chengannur

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Marine Faculty to join our academic team in Chengannur. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of marine subjects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide effective theoretical and practical training to students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical classes for marine-related courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and practical activities.
- Deliver technical concepts through interactive and practical teaching methods.
- Conduct demonstrations and hands-on training sessions where applicable.
- Assess students through examinations, assignments, practical assessments, and presentations.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and performance.
- Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
- Maintain proper academic and student records.
- Ensure safety and discipline during practical and laboratory sessions.
- Complete the prescribed syllabus within the scheduled timeframe.
- Participate in academic events, workshops, seminars, examinations, and student activities.




- Work closely with the academic team to maintain quality training standards.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marine Engineering or a relevant Marine-related discipline – Mandatory.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Relevant maritime certifications will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant teaching, training, or marine industry experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.

- Practical understanding of marine operations and technical concepts.

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹900.00 per day
