Job Title: Draftsman

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, layouts, and documentation for school construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with the management, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure drawings meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software.
- Prepare drawings for construction, renovation, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure works.
- Take site measurements and prepare drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings as per project requirements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and technical documents.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, measurements, and material-related drawings when required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with applicable standards and specifications.




- Visit project sites to verify measurements and provide technical support.
- Perform any other drafting-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of building plans, measurements, and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in school, residential, commercial, or institutional projects will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
