This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Production Engineer based in Raipur. The Sr Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining production , quality control, production planning, and driving continuous improvements in the production process.

Job Summary

The Senior Production Engineer leads the shop-floor assembly, processing, and testing of distribution, power, solar, furnace transformers. This role focuses on optimizing core building, coil winding, active part assembly, tanking. and driving continuous improvement to meet strict delivery timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Leadership: Lead daily shop-floor operations across core building, coil winding, active part assembly, tanking.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee compliance with IEEE, IEC, and IS standards during routine tests (ratio, resistance, insulation) before final testing.
- Continuous Improvement:



Drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to reduce cycle times and minimize raw material waste (copper, CRGO steel).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to resolve engineering drawing discrepancies and with procurement to track critical materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Diploma.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
