We are looking for an experienced Rust Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Rust development to build high-performance, scalable, secure, and reliable backend applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Rust programming, ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, memory safety, concurrency, and asynchronous programming. You will work on backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and performance-critical applications in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Rust.
- Build scalable, high-performance, and secure backend services.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement asynchronous applications using Tokio / Async Rust.
- Work with multithreading, concurrency, and systems programming concepts.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and production-ready code.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Develop unit tests and ensure application reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
- Support application deployments and production activities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis.
- Familiarity with gRPC or WebSockets.
- Understanding of secure coding practices.
- Experience with application performance optimization and profiling.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
