The Crew Member is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the outlet, including food preparation, customer service, billing, packing, cleaning, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The role requires teamwork, discipline, good customer service, and adherence to company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Food Preparation
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and SOPs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
