- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Review, follow, and improve the existing calling script to maximize lead conversions.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements related to interior design and construction projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the sales/business development team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company's interior and construction services to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Track lead status and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting generated leads and collecting customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and appointment booking targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Real Estate, Interior, or Construction.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
