Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Web Developer with a strong background in general web technologies as well as specialized experience in building and managing Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) software platforms. In this role, you will handle everything from standard corporate web applications and user interfaces to complex MLM compensation engines, genealogy trees, and secure financial e-wallets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive company websites, custom web apps, and high-performance client portals.
- MLM Software Engineering: Architect, develop, and customize MLM platforms supporting complex compensation plans (Binary, Unilevel, Matrix, Generation plans, etc.).
- Database & Core Logic: Build robust commission calculation algorithms, genealogy tracking trees, and secure payout structures.
- API & Payment Integration: Integrate secure third-party payment gateways, e-wallets, crypto options, and external web APIs.
- Front-End & Back-End Coordination:



Translate UI/UX designs into clean front-end code while ensuring scalable, secure back-end architecture.
- Testing & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, optimize application speed, and ensure high-level data security and encryption standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: [1 to 4+ years] of proven professional experience in web development, with explicit exposure to MLM software architecture.
- Front-End Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (e.g., React.js or Angular).
- Back-End Stack: Strong command over PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), Node.js, or Python.
- Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Domain Expertise: Transparent understanding of MLM structures, commission logic, payout cycles, and genealogy tree management.
- Strong focus on application security, database optimization, and writing clean, scalable code.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
