Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients for updates, requirements, feedback, approvals, and day-to-day communication.
- Manage and support social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and basic performance tracking.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, media buyers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain content calendars, task trackers, and project timelines.
- Research trends, competitors, and relevant content ideas to support client strategies.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the client’s brand guidelines and expectations.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to keep projects moving without delays.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across social media and other relevant channels.
- Identify gaps, suggest improvements,



and proactively contribute ideas for better client results.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, client servicing, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with robust attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
