About the Role

Artisanal Bakery Foods is looking for an experienced and passionate Momos Chef who can prepare a wide variety of momos with consistent taste and excellent presentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dough preparation, stuffing, cooking techniques, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh Veg & Non-Veg Momos from scratch.
- Make soft and consistent momo dough and a variety of fillings.
- Prepare different varieties of momos, including:
- Steamed Momos
- Fried Momos
- Kurkure Momos
- Tandoori Momos
- Pan-Fried Momos
- Gravy Momos
- Prepare flavorful chutneys, dips, and sauces.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements on time.
- Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage procedures.
- Work efficiently during rush hours while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Momos Chef.
- Strong knowledge of momo preparation techniques and recipes.
- Ability to prepare fresh dough, fillings, and sauces independently.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Chinese, Tibetan, or Asian cuisine.
- Knowledge of preparing basic Chinese dishes such as Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Spring Rolls, Chilli Potato, and Manchurian will be an added advantage.
