Job Summary

We are looking for Charge Posting Executives with relevant experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing /RCM to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical charts, physician notes, superbills, and charge tickets to extract, verify, and enter charge data accurately into the billing system.
- Ensure accurate cross-referencing of CPT/HCPCS procedure codes, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and appropriate billing modifiers.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, authorization numbers, and provider details prior to submitting charges.




- Post charges within established turn-around times while maintaining strict adherence to quality and accuracy standards (minimum 98%+ accuracy requirement).

Requirements

- 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in Charge Posting / Medical Billing/ US Healthcare RCM.
- Valuable understanding of medical billing processes.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office.
