Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, vouchers, invoices, and ledger entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and accounting statements.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenue, purchases, and sales.
- Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Verify invoices, bills,



expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely closing of books and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or F&B; will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Valuable analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
