Niraamaya is looking for an accomplished Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping function and ensure consistently exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and guest comfort across the resort.
The role requires a strong hospitality professional with proven experience in luxury hotels or resorts, excellent leadership capabilities, and a structured approach to operational excellence, team development, quality assurance, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Housekeeping operations, ensuring adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
- Establish and maintain high standards for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and resort facilities.
- Plan manpower, daily operations, room assignments, inspections, and departmental priorities effectively.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure prompt resolution of operational gaps.
- Manage linen, uniforms, guest amenities, cleaning materials, and departmental inventory.
- Monitor departmental expenses, consumption, productivity, and wastage to achieve effective cost control.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, F&B;, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop, implement, and maintain departmental SOPs, checklists, and quality-control standards.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the Housekeeping team to build a high-performing service culture.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene,
health, safety, fire, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and review departmental reports, schedules, inventories, and operational records.
- Drive sustainability, resource optimization, and responsible housekeeping practices in line with Niraamaya’s wellness philosophy.
Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant hospitality qualification.
- 5–8 years of progressive Housekeeping experience, with proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards, room operations, public-area maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning, inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Guest-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and service standards.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain operational excellence in a dynamic resort environment.
- Experience in a luxury wellness or resort environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
