Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, team-handling skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of BDA / Academic Counsellors / Sales Executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct daily team meetings, reviews, and performance tracking.
- Coach team members on lead conversion, counselling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value admissions.
- Analyse sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure effective follow-up and lead management.
- Drive team motivation and maintain a high-performance sales culture.




- Coordinate with Branch Manager and management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, with Team Leader experience preferred.
- EdTech / Education sales experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Positive knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, automobile sales, telecom, banking, or other target-oriented industries are encouraged to apply.
