UI/UX Designer (Mid to Senior Level)

We are seeking a forward-thinking UI/UX Designer (Mid to Senior level) to join our team. This role

blends user experience strategy, design craft, and AI-augmented workflows to deliver intuitive,

engaging, and visually polished digital experiences.

You will leverage AI and vibe coding tools (Figma AI, v0, Lovable.dev, etc.) to accelerate

prototyping and iteration, while applying design taste and judgment to ensure outcomes are

curated, human-centered, and brand-aligned.

As a key member of our design team, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and

business stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver seamless user journeys across

platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or contribute to the end-to-end design process: research ideation prototyping UI

delivery, using AI where it adds efficiency.

- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups — with AI tools accelerating initial

drafts, and design judgment refining the final polish.

- Experiment with vibe coding tools to rapidly generate and test variations, while ensuring outputs

are not generic.

- Conduct user research and usability testing; use AI-assisted analysis to speed up synthesis of

insights.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.
- Maintain consistency through scalable design systems; contribute reusable components.
- For senior candidates: mentor juniors,



establish best practices for AI-enhanced workflows, and

influence product strategy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
- Mid-level: 2–4 years in UI/UX with a portfolio showing UX process + UI execution.
- Senior-level: 5–8+ years leading design projects with visible product impact.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility

(WCAG).

- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) plus comfort with AI/vibe coding

tools.

- Visual design mastery (typography, layout, color, motion) combined with interaction design depth.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- For senior candidates: proven ability to mentor peers, scale design systems, and champion

AI-enhanced design practices.
