Job Purpose
To head, mentor, and drive the Digital Telesales / Telemarketing team for the Goa region. The Team Lead is responsible for the complete lifecycle of a lead—running active digital lead generation strategies, assigning and managing lead distribution, and overseeing the CRM database to maximize resort revenue through room bookings, corporate events, and vacation packages

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Campaign Collaboration
Digital Sourcing: CollaboraCategorize data using a lead-scoring routine to prioritizes that pull high-quality cold and warm inquiries from targeted social media platforms and online channels.

Database Mining: Extract and refine target audience contact databases from CRM software and legal public directories to feed the outbound sales pipeline.

Market Trends: Identify seasonal guest trends and coordinate with the revenue team to launch timely, highly targeted lead-generation phone campaigns.

2.⁠ ⁠Lead Management & Distribution
Daily Assignment:



Strategically distribute incoming digital leads to Telesales Associates every morning to ensure immediate turnaround time.

Pipeline Tracking: Monitor the sales pipeline closely, track conversion timelines within the CRM, and ensure absolutely no guest inquiry or lead drops off unanswered.

Lead Quality & Analytics: Categorize data using a lead-scoring routine to prioritize high-potential prospects, and pass large B2B or group-event leads smoothly to field sales managers.

3.⁠ ⁠Team Leadership & Performance
Daily Supervision: Oversee and guide the day-to-day work patterns of the Digital Telesales Associates.

Call Quality Assurance: Conduct live call monitoring and review recorded audio logs to maintain high hospitality service standards and pitch compliance.

Escalations: Take ownership of senior-level client inquiries, manage customer grievances, and step in to help the team close critical revenue quotas

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
