Job Description

Alps Digital Devices Ltd. is looking for a Trading Coordinator to manage and monitor the company's trading operations, including the exchange, purchase and sale of iPhones.

The role involves coordinating the movement of devices between purchase and sales channels, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock and transaction status, and ensuring that all trading activities are completed efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the purchase, sale and exchange of iPhones and other mobile phones.
- Monitor day-to-day trading transactions from purchase through final sale/exchange.
- Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, customers and internal sales teams regarding product transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, exchanges, stock movements and transaction values.
- Monitor available stock and ensure timely allocation of devices for sales or exchange.
- Track device details including model, variant, storage, colour, condition, IMEI/serial number and purchase/selling price.
- Compare purchase and selling prices and assist in identifying profitable trading opportunities.
- Coordinate the purchase of iPhones and other mobile phones based on business requirements and market demand.
- Monitor pending transactions, payments, deliveries and settlements.
- Verify transaction documents and ensure proper documentation for every trading activity.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding invoices, payments, outstanding amounts and transaction settlements.
- Prepare regular trading reports, stock reports, purchase reports and sales performance reports.
- Monitor market prices and provide relevant information to management for purchasing and pricing decisions.
- Identify discrepancies in stock, pricing, documentation or transaction records and report them promptly.
- Ensure that all traded devices are properly recorded and tracked throughout the process.




- Support management in improving trading processes, reducing losses and maximizing margins.
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing, supplier information, customer information and company trading data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in mobile phone trading, retail, wholesale, purchasing, sales coordination, inventory or a similar role.
- Good understanding of iPhone and mobile phone models, variants and market pricing.
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
- Positive numerical and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Experience handling device exchange and buyback transactions.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining device and transaction records.
- Ability to monitor multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IMEI-based device tracking and verification.
- Ability to work with dealers, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in iPhone/mobile phone trading or wholesale operations will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile phone market prices and depreciation/resale values.
- Experience in inventory or trading management software is an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
