Job Title: Control Tower Executive
Department: Operations / Control Tower
Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shift Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to manage shipment tracking, operational coordination, and exception handling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in coordination, logistics operations, customer support, or a similar role and possess robust Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track consignments (CNs) to ensure timely movement and delivery.
- Perform Track & Trace activities and provide real-time status updates.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for shipment delays and operational exceptions.
- Coordinate with ground operations teams, hubs, and delivery partners to resolve issues.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement.
- Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and trackers using MS Excel.
- Escalate critical delays and deviations to the concerned stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and performance metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.




- Identify recurring operational challenges and recommend corrective actions.
- Support Control Tower activities during shifts and peak operational periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Coordination, Logistics, Operations, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports, Data Analysis preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, courier, e-commerce, or control tower operations.
- Exposure to shipment tracking systems and operational dashboards.
