Position: Stewardess
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Experience Required: 1–2 years (preferably in a multi-cuisine restaurant)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and hardworking Stewardess to join our team at our multi-cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen and service teams by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic kitchen and restaurant tasks, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and cooking equipment properly and on time.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
- Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Ensure garbage is disposed of regularly and waste bins are cleaned.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per restaurant policies.
- Assist the service team with clearing and cleaning tables when required.
- Refill water stations and assist with basic restaurant support activities.
- Follow proper safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.
- Report equipment issues, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen and restaurant supplies.
- Support the kitchen and service team during busy hours.
- Follow all restaurant rules, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Stewardess, Kitchen Helper, or Restaurant Steward is preferred.
- Experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or multi-cuisine kitchen.
- Experience handling dishwashing equipment and restaurant cleaning supplies.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen tools and restaurant hygiene practices.
- Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants or hotels will be preferred.
