Position: Relationship Executive
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Rotational Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage patient relationships, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth patient experience throughout their journey with the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient queries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with patients.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and procedures.
- Explain treatment-related information, packages, and processes to patients as per company guidelines.
- Follow up with existing and prospective patients regarding consultations and treatments.
- Maintain regular communication with patients to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, operations, and other departments for smooth patient handling.




- Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details.
- Support the team in achieving patient conversion, retention, and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, dermatology, cosmetology, or customer relationship role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and patient-friendly personality.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple patients and responsibilities efficiently.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience, skills, and industry standards.
