Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our Raebareli Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, handling GST and TDS compliance, vendor and customer accounts, bank reconciliation, project accounting, MIS reporting, and supporting financial control and audit activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and preferably experience in the solar, renewable energy, EPC, construction, or infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries in Tally/ERP.
- Maintain General Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book, and other accounting records.
- Prepare and verify vendor bills, purchase invoices, customer invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain monthly accounting and MIS reports.
- Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparation of GST and TDS returns and coordinate with consultants when required.
- Maintain project-wise accounting records, expenses, revenue, and profitability.
- Track project-related procurement costs, vendor payments, and subcontractor expenses.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely collections.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, HR, and management teams regarding financial and accounting requirements.




- Maintain proper records of fixed assets, inventory, advances, and expenses.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules as required.
- Assist internal and statutory auditors by providing required documents and financial information.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Monitor compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Support management in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company financial information.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in Tally, GST, TDS, reconciliation, and MIS reporting will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP software.
- Good command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic MIS reporting.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
