JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting To: Management

Tender Manager to lead all tendering and government

procurement activities of the organization. Responsible for identification, evaluation,

preparation, submission, follow-up and execution support of tenders across GeM, CPPP,

Government Departments, Sports Federations, PSUs and Autonomous Bodies.

Key Responsibilities -

Tender Identification & Business Development

- Daily monitoring of GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals and Government procurement

websites.

- Identification of relevant tenders aligned with company products and services.
- Preparation of tender chance reports and bid recommendation notes.
- Tracking upcoming tenders and maintaining bid pipeline.

GeM Portal Management

- Complete management of GeM Seller Account.
- Product catalogue creation and management.
- GeM category creation, modification and specification representation.
- OEM registration and brand approval management.
- Handling bid participation, reverse auctions and direct purchase opportunities.
- Managing GeM related documentation and compliance.

Tender Preparation & Submission

- Preparation of technical bids and commercial bids.
- Preparation of compliance sheets and bid matrices.
- Coordination with OEMs for technical documentation and authorization certificates.
- Preparation of declarations, affidavits, undertakings and eligibility documents.
- Timely online and offline bid submission.
- Bid clarification management.

Technical & Commercial Evaluation

- Detailed review of tender specifications.




- Identification of restrictive specifications and preparation of pre-bid queries.
- Preparation of deviation statements.
- Costing and bid pricing analysis.
- Competitor benchmarking and bid strategy formulation.

Bank Guarantees & Contract Support

- Coordination with Accounts team for:

* EMD

* Bid Security

* Performance Bank Guarantees

* Advance Bank Guarantees

* Monitoring validity and extension requirements.

Order Execution Support

- Coordination with OEMs and suppliers after award.
- Contract review and compliance monitoring.
- Delivery schedule tracking.
- Documentation support for inspections, dispatch and payments.

Vendor & OEM Management

- Coordination with international and domestic OEMs.
- Obtaining authorization letters.
- Product certifications and compliance management.
- Management of CE, ISO, ICF, IKCA, RFI, FISA and other certification documentation.

Documentation & MIS

- Maintenance of tender database.
- Bid status tracking.
- Win-loss analysis.
- Monthly management reports.
- Order book and pipeline reporting.

Desired Skills

- Expert knowledge of GeM Portal.
- Strong understanding of Government Procurement Procedures.
- Experience with CPPP and State e-Procurement Portals.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
