Manager - Legal

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate with L.L.B

Salary: 8 LPA - 10 LPA

Job Description: Excellent drafting skills of agreements, contracts, deeds, notices, legal letters, and other legal documents. Manage litigation, disputes, and correspondence with external lawyers, authorities,



and other stakeholders. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, reports, and summaries on relevant legal matters. Working knowledge of IPR, Labour Law, Legal Metrology Act. Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, licenses, and statutory documents. Track important contractual, statutory, and legal deadlines. Coordinate with external counsel and government authorities where necessary. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information.
