Reporting To: COO

Education : B.E. Mech/M. Tech.

Experience : 5-10 Years in Material Handling equipment’s, SPM and heavy industry.

Age : 25 to 35 years.

Language : Marathi, Hindi, English for verbal communication.

: English for written communication.

Salary : ₹ 10 -12 Lakhs per Annum.

Responsibilities-

Ø Responsible for on time delivery to internal and External customers.

Ø Participate in meeting with Internal and external stakeholders as and when required.

Ø Identify and facilitate training requirement of team members.

Ø Validate and approve critical design calculations, including motor sizing, gearbox ratios, pneumatic cylinders, structural stress, and cycle time analysis

Ø Responsible for design project planning and review

Ø Responsible resource planning and effective utilization.

Ø Coordinate with cross functional team for design implementation.





Ø Maintain engineering and design documents adhere to ISO Standard.

Ø To maintain safe working practices as per standard.

Ø Motivate the team to demonstrate high performance.

Ø Responsible for effective team work.

Skills-

Ø Proficiency in 3D CAD software Such as Creo, AutoCAD

Ø Strong knowledge of DFM, DFMEA etc.

Ø Ability to select Pneumatic and Hydraulic Component.

Ø Strong hands in design Calculations.

Ø Ability to select guideways, Gearboxes, Motor and other Bought outs.

Ø Knowledge of manufacturing processes and various materials.

Ø Strong ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of 7 to 8 designers and manage multiple projects.

Ø Knowledge of ERP system.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
