Your work profile
- Lead digital transformation assessments and maturity evaluations.
- Define business capability maps, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Develop business cases, KPIs, and value realization frameworks.
- Support enterprise architecture, application rationalization,
and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver transformation outcomes.
- Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, and governance reports.
Key skills required
- 6–12 years of consulting or digital transformation experience.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with Agile delivery and digital operating models.
- Knowledge of Cloud, AI/GenAI, Automation (RPA), Data & Analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
