Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers/patients.
- Explain our SVF Therapy and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Convert leads into appointments and sales.
- Schedule video consultations with our in-house doctors.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, telesales, customer support,
or similar roles.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- South Indian language knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable talking to customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Healthcare/wellness sales experience is an advantage.
