Role Overview
This is a leadership and target-driven role for an experienced overseas education professional who can independently manage branch operations, lead a team of counsellors, and deliver enrolment and revenue outcomes. The role requires strong command over the student conversion funnel, disciplined review mechanisms, team coaching, CRM hygiene, and hands-on intervention in priority or complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Jaipur Branch Leadership
Take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning and overall performance of the Jaipur branch.
Create a high-accountability, student-first culture with explicit ownership, timely execution and strong coordination across counselling, applications, admissions and support teams. Ensure the branch is adequately planned for peak intake periods, walk-ins, counselling demand, events and conversion priorities.
Represent the branch in management reviews and provide clear visibility on achievements, gaps, risks and corrective actions.
2. Target Setting, Numbers & Achievement :
Draft monthly, quarterly and intake-wise targets for the branch and break them down into clear counsellor wise goals.
Own achievement against enrolment, revenue, application, offer, deposit and visa targets, along with agreed conversion ratios.
Build daily, weekly and monthly review rhythms; identify shortfalls early and implement focused recovery plans.
Analyse the complete funnel - leads, connections, counselling, university suggestions, applications, offers, deposits and enrolments - to improve productivity and conversions.
Forecast business outcomes and maintain accurate performance dashboards for management review.
3. Counsellor Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, coach and motivate the team of overseas education counsellors at the Jaipur branch.
Allocate leads and targets intelligently based on country expertise, capacity, pipeline strength and performance.
Conduct regular one-to-one reviews,
call observations, case discussions and conversion coaching sessions.
Set clear expectations for follow-ups, counselling quality, documentation, responsiveness and student relationship management.
Drive accountability through measurable KRAs and KPIs while recognising high performers and supporting underperformers with structured improvement plans.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and capability-building of new counsellors as the branch grows.
- 4. Counselling, Conversion & Student Experience :
Guide the team in profile evaluation, country/course/university selection, financial feasibility and career aligned recommendations.
Step into high-potential, escalated or complex student cases to strengthen trust and improve closures.
Ensure a seamless student journey from first counselling through application, offer, deposit, visa and enrolment stages.
Maintain high standards of ethical counselling, transparency, service quality and student satisfaction.
Ensure timely coordination with students, parents, university partners, aggregators and internal processing teams.
5. Pipeline, CRM & Process Discipline :
Ensure complete and accurate CRM updates, follow-up schedules, stage movement and documentation across the counsellor team.
Monitor ageing leads, inactive pipelines, pending documents and stage-wise bottlenecks; initiate reactivation and closure plans.
Track lead response time, counsellor productivity and lead utilisation to minimise leakage and improve conversion efficiency.
Implement and improve SOPs,
reporting formats and review practices for consistent branch execution.
6. Business Development & Local Growth :
Work with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead quality, walk-ins, referrals and local brand visibility.
Plan and execute seminars, webinars, school/college outreach, education fairs and branch-level promotional activities.
Build relationships with relevant institutions and partners that can contribute to sustainable student acquisition.
Share market intelligence on student preferences, competitor activity, intake trends and emerging destinations.

Branch enrolment and revenue achievement against plan
Counsellor-wise target achievement and team productivity
Conversion rates across counselling, application, offer, deposit, visa and enrolment stages
Lead response time, follow-up adherence, pipeline ageing and CRM hygiene
Student satisfaction, escalation management and service quality
Accuracy of forecasting, reporting and corrective-action execution
Team capability, retention and performance improvement
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Do you have the minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in overseas education counselling, admissions or study-abroad consulting, including meaningful team-handling responsibility.
- Do you have the Strong knowledge of admissions and visa processes for major study destinations such as the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand and/or Europe.
- Are you demonstrated experience of owning targets, managing numbers and driving a counselling/sales team towards measurable outcomes.
- Are you Comfortable with CRM systems, funnel reviews, performance dashboards and data-led decision-making.
