Job Title: Senior Sales & Business Development Manager

Experience: 4–8 Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation or related field

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop new business for Industrial Automation Service Projects.
- Generate leads and build relationships with End Users, OEMs, Machine Builders, EPCs and System Integrators.
- Sell automation services including PLC, SCADA, HMI, Motion Control, Vision, Robotics, VFD, Networking, Retrofit & Upgradation, AMC and Commissioning.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for successful execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Required Skills :-





- Robust experience in Industrial Automation Service Sales / Business Development.
- Good knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Servo, Motion, Vision, Robotics and Industrial Networking.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Industry Experience :-

Experience working with OEMs / Machine Builders catering to Pharma, FMCG, Tyre, BMS, Solar, Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Automotive industries.

A target-driven professional with a proven track record in selling Industrial Automation Services and independently developing new customers and business opportunities.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
