About the Role
KMA Global Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound/outbound customer queries, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, CRM handling experience, and a background in BPO, Insurance, Banking, or any CRM-driven field.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Explain basic project details and shortlist suitable options for clients
- Schedule and confirm appointments/site visits for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged until conversion
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
- Achieve daily/monthly call & lead qualification targets
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements





- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, BPO, or Customer Support
- Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or any CRM-based industry are welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (any CRM software)
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer knowledge & data entry skills
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
