We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in field marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to promote company products/services.
- Generate new leads through market visits, referrals, and direct customer interaction.
- Meet potential customers and explain products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Follow up with leads and support the sales conversion process.
- Conduct market research and gather information about competitors and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads,



and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Marketing.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge of local market and customer handling.
- Confident and comfortable with field visits and direct customer interaction.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with good field marketing knowledge, lead-generation skills, customer-handling experience, and a strong understanding of marketing strategies will be preferred.
