Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial construction/project execution/site supervision.
- Experience in RCC, foundations, structural works, industrial flooring, drainage, and concrete works.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and site measurements.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Strong coordination and contractor-management skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites, including foundations, RCC works, structural works, flooring, drainage, and related works.
- Execute civil works as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams for smooth project execution.
- Check and interpret civil, structural, architectural, and foundation drawings.
- Monitor RCC, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper setting out, levels, alignment, dimensions, and measurements at site.




- Prepare and verify quantity measurements, BOQs, RA bills, material requirements, and work completion records.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization to ensure optimum productivity and control project costs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for material testing, concrete testing, inspection requests, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company safety policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and update management regarding project status, delays, and site issues.
- Identify construction-related problems and coordinate with the Project Manager/consultant for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, piping, and structural teams to avoid site clashes and delays.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline, quality, and cost parameters.
- Maintain proper records of site measurements, drawings, inspection reports, material consumption, DPRs, and work progress.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of milestones and critical activities.
- Conduct joint measurements with clients/consultants and support preparation of billing and project closure documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working conditions at the project site.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover of civil works.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
