- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Proven experience in Healthcare & Medical Recruitment
- Strong network across doctors & medical professionals
- Experience in senior & specialized medical hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills
- End-to-end recruitment ownership
- Ability to build & scale a strong healthcare talent pipeline
