About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager – Web3 & Full Stack to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of production-grade blockchain, Web3, and full-stack applications.

This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for an engineering professional who understands software architecture, blockchain development, engineering delivery, Agile methodologies, team leadership, and modern cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing software engineering teams.
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery, from planning and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production.
- Drive delivery of Web3, blockchain, smart contract, and full-stack applications.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and other stakeholders to define priorities and delivery milestones.
- Architect and review scalable blockchain and full-stack solutions.
- Provide technical guidance across Solidity, Ethereum, Smart Contracts, Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
- Track project timelines, engineering metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Establish engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and help build a strong engineering culture.
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure, deployment, DevOps, and production environments.
- Participate in international projects and coordinate with teams/stakeholders during regular Dubai travel.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering/software development teams.




- Strong hands-on experience with Solidity, Ethereum, Blockchain, Web3, and Smart Contracts.
- Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS.
- Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application development.
- Proven experience managing engineering delivery, sprint planning, deadlines, and technical execution.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing technical teams.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
