Qualification : Graduate (Technical Background)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support team members in daily operations.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
- Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive team workplace.
- Resolve conflicts and address any performance issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Communicate with Team in the US/India.

Note: The person must have atleast 4 years of experience handling the team. The person should know how to handle the team politely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
