Key roles and responsibilities
- Site Supervision
- Supervise daily interior works such as civil modifications, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, modular furniture, and finishing.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor manpower and allocate work to workers and subcontractors.
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly work schedules.
- Coordinate activities between different trades to avoid delays.
- Track project progress against the planned timeline.
- Quality Control
- Inspect materials and workmanship before and during installation.
- Ensure dimensions, levels, finishes, colors, and materials match approved designs.
- Identify defects and arrange corrective work.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Interior Designer, Architect, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Resolve site-related issues and communicate changes to the concerned teams.
- Conduct regular site meetings when required.
- Material Management
- Check material requirements and coordinate with procurement/vendors.
- Verify delivered materials against specifications and quantities.
- Prevent material wastage, damage, and unnecessary stock accumulation.
- Drawing & Documentation
- Read and interpret architectural/interior drawings, layouts, sections, and details.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are being used at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, material records, and site instructions.
- Safety Management
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures.
- Check proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Report and address unsafe conditions, accidents, or hazards.
- Cost & Productivity Control
- Monitor manpower productivity and material consumption.
- Minimize rework and wastage.
- Report variations or additional work to the Project Manager for approval.
- Subcontractor Management
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, ceiling contractors, flooring teams, and other subcontractors.
- Check their progress and workmanship.
- Coordinate their activities so that one trade does not interfere with another.
- Snagging & Handover
- Inspect completed areas and prepare/close snag lists.
- Ensure finishing defects are corrected.
- Assist with final inspection, client handover, and project closeout.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- Interior project supervisory : 2 years (Required)
Language:
- English, Telegu and Hindi (Required)
