Role Type

Full time generalist — operations, admin, content, formulation support & growth

What You'll Do

- Formulation Support: Assist the Founder & Formulator with ingredient research, formulation trials, documentation, and batch records — working directly under her guidance
- Operations: Manage day-to-day workflows — inventory, vendor coordination, order fulfillment, quality checks tied to formulation and ingredient standards
- Admin: Handle documentation, compliance basics, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Content: Create ingredient-education content, product copy, and social content grounded in authentic Ayurvedic knowledge — a key differentiator for He&Bee;’s brand
- Scaling: Contribute to process-building, current initiatives, and whatever the business needs next as it grows — this role will evolve with the company

What We're Looking For





- 6 months – 3 years of relevant work experience (freshers with strong academic grounding and internship experience are also welcome to apply)
- Formal Ayurvedic education / background
- Interest in formulation work — willing to learn and execute under guidance
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats — not looking for someone who wants a narrowly defined job
- Strong written communication skills
- A startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and willingness to build from scratch
