We are looking for a dynamic, camera-confident Social Media Intern who is not just a content creator but a brand storyteller. As the face of our digital presence, you will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, managing our social channels, and leveraging the power of AI to optimize content strategy.

This is a high-performance role with a clear growth path: successful completion of the internship guarantees a full-time permanent position with a starting salary of INR 15,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Video Production

- Create trending, high-quality Reels/ Videos, using CapCut and other mobile/desktop editing software.
- Face the camera confidently to host product demos, behind-the-scenes clips, and daily vlog-style content.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos by adding text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and music.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage and schedule daily posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest content pivots to stay relevant.

3. AI Integration & Strategy

- Utilize ChatGPT and Gemini to generate creative caption ideas, scriptwriting, and content calendars.
- Use AI tools to analyze audience behavior and suggest the best times to post.
- (Bonus) If you have experience with Claude or Google Flow/Higgsfield etc for advanced content generation, you will be prioritized.

4. Performance Analytics

- Track weekly growth metrics (reach, engagement, saves) and present reports to the team.




- Suggest improvements based on data insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in social media/content creation (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).

Technical Skills:

- Mandatory: Proficiency in CapCut (or equivalent like InShot/Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Mandatory: Working knowledge of ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
- Preferred (Added Advantage): Experience with Claude AI and Higgsfield/Google Flow.

Soft Skills:

- High Confidence: Comfortable on camera with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to turn boring topics into viral content.
- Speed: Ability to edit and post content quickly in a fast-paced environment.
