The role demandsactive engagement with customers for enhancement of existing and new businessdevelopment.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement region-specific marketing plans aligned with overallcompany strategy.• Develop new markets and enhance existing business in segments of Railways, EV,Renewable Energy (Wind, Solar), power electronics, motor drives, appliances,energy meter, EMS,



fans / fan regulators / BLDC etc.• Meet the region wise sales target of the company.• Drive growth through distributors and direct OEMs.• Give region feedback on price strategy.• Responsible for timely collection of receivables.• Visit / participate in marketing events / exhibitions etc.• Share inputs with R&D; on recent product introductions, customization based onmarket needs and customer specific requirements.• Provide market feedback for product development, innovation and continuousimprovement.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.• Experience: 3-4 years in sales / marketing roles within the electronic componentsindustry (manufacturer / distributor), whose customer base is of segments inRailways, Automotive, Renewable Energy (Wind, Solar), Appliances, PowerElectronics, Energy meters, UPS/Inverters etc.Skills & Competencies:• Strong understanding of people and situations.• Good communication and negotiation skills.• Strong sense of customer orientation.• Good proficiency in English and basic computer skills

Pay: ₹9,945.54 - ₹33,741.44 per month
