- Manage complete day-to-day clinic operations efficiently.
- Supervise front office, therapists, nurses, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize patient waiting time.
- Monitor patient appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules.
- Handle patient escalations, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction at all times.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and operational business goals assigned by management.
- Monitor daily collections, billing, transactions, packages, and revenue reports.
- Track consultation conversions, treatment conversions, and branch performance targets.
- Work closely with doctors and counselors to improve treatment conversions and clinic revenue.
- Ensure achievement of patient review and feedback targets across platforms.
- Encourage satisfied patients to provide genuine reviews and testimonials.
- Monitor online reputation and coordinate resolution of negative feedback or complaints.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors regarding appointments, procedures, and treatment planning.




- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and operational reviews.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and infection control protocols.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, pharmacy stock, and clinic supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
- Ensure proper functioning of machines, equipment, and clinic infrastructure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports including revenue and review performance.
- Handle audit requirements and management reporting.
- Support HR activities including onboarding, staff coordination, and interview scheduling if required.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and clinic data.
- Support marketing activities, social media coordination, promotional campaigns, and patient engagement activities if required.
- Coordinate between multiple branches and management whenever necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
