Job Title: F&B; Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;)
Reports To: F&B; Supervisor / Restaurant Manager / F&B; Manager

Job Summary:
An F&B; Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and keeping the restaurant or service area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Set up and transparent tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place before service.
- Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Check guest satisfaction during the meal.




- Prepare and present bills accurately when required.
- Follow hotel policies, food-safety rules, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with buffet setup, banquets, room service, or other F&B; operations when required.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.
- Help with stock replenishment and equipment care.
- Follow responsible service procedures for alcoholic beverages, where applicable.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-service oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
- Teamwork and coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Basic English communication is usually preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
