Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive our people strategy. The Director of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our overall business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective management of all HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with robust leadership skills and a proven track record in talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Design, implement,



and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly communicated and consistently applied across the organization.
- Oversee the management of HR information systems (HRIS) and leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
- Manage the HR budget and optimize resource allocation to achieve departmental goals efficiently.
- Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
