- Reach out to HVAC service providers and prospective customers to introduce company’s software solutions.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of the platform.
- Support onboarding of current customers and assist them in setting up their accounts and workflows.
- Provide day-to-day support to users during their use of the platform.
- Coordinate with the internal product and technical teams to resolve customer queries and improve customer experience.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital outreach activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates using CRM tools.
- Build strong relationships with customers to improve retention and long-term engagement.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year

Experience:
