A well-established healthcare organisation in Vadodara is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support its engineering and facilities team.

The candidate will assist with routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and upkeep of hospital facilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day electrical and facility maintenance.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of electrical faults.
- Maintain lights, switches, sockets, wiring and other electrical installations.
- Conduct routine checks of electrical systems and facility infrastructure.
- Attend to maintenance requests from different departments.
- Report faults and technical issues to the senior maintenance team.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow hospital safety procedures and electrical safety standards.




- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work.

Eligibility

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with relevant maintenance experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Good practical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a maintenance team.
- Candidates with experience in hospital, hotel, commercial building or facility maintenance will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
