Duties & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities in UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Ireland, and other international destinations.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses, universities, and destinations.
- Provide accurate guidance on admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Handle student enquiries, conduct regular follow-ups, and maintain robust communication throughout the counselling process.
- Convert prospective leads into successful student applications through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the processing and admissions teams to ensure smooth application progress.
- Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, courses, and changes in study abroad policies.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive, target-oriented work setting.
