Job Summary

- Handling design process from conception through to final styling
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques and seeking design inspiration.
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
- Selecting and sourcing fabrics and trims.
- Creating production sketches for development packages
- Collaborating with production team to ensure development packages are accurate.
- Reviewing product for style, comfort and fit during presentation
- Daily coordination and correspondence with the supplier & buyer
- Assuring timely delivery of shipment
- Assuring quality as per the requirement
- Product Development samples as per buyer's requirement.
- Should have good knowledge about testing parameter




- Good Communication/ computer Skills and Pleasing Personality.
- Should have good knowledge of MS office
- Should be ready to travel as on when required in PAN India or Abroad

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 year of Experience in Merchandising and Fashion Designing
- A fashion graduate from reputed university of India or Abroad
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Confident and smart in presentations

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
