Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant practical experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and day-to-day accounting activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, supporting statutory compliance, performing reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime.
- Record and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, books of accounts, and financial records.
- Handle GST and TDS accounting, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
- Verify and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other accounting reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of routine accounting activities.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and maintain relevant records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities as required.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and accounting records.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS accounting and compliance.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting activities efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification: B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Practical experience in Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record management is required.

Compensation

20,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and skill set.
